Why choose Joanna?
Joanna is a diligent, dedicated, professional migration consultant with a professional reputation of leaving no stone unturned to maximise the chances of success for her clients. She goes beyond ticking the boxes to make sure your application isn’t just satisfactory, but desirable, for Australia’s economy, target industries, and community.
Joanna has lived in Australia and the UK for more than 20 years, and has gained a profound understanding of the political, cultural, and legal systems in Western society, and particularly Australia.
Having learned from her own experience of emigrating from China to the UK, then to Australia, she has a strong understanding of the needs of migrants and the types of support they need.
Joanna has a strong interest in immigration law, and loves reading articles and case studies in order to find new tools to assist her clients. She enjoys the challenge of creatively interpreting the Australian immigration law framework and applying it to each applicant’s case, within legal boundaries. She is also enthusiastic about challenging inconsistent departmental decisions.
She has a deep understanding of international human rights, and how these laws can apply in more challenging cases. She always strives to ensure that each client’s rights are upheld. Importantly, she does not shy away from cases that seem difficult or even impossible.
Successful Experience
Joanna has been repeatedly successfully in receiving positive outcomes for her clients. See “Case Studies” for more examples of successful applications.
Joanna has a special expertise in Global Talent visas for highly skilled migrants. While she welcomes applicants from any field of work, she is particularly adept at those from the ICT sector.
